- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot problems efficiently and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of all interactions, transactions, and customer feedback within our CRM system.
- Adherence to KPIs: Meet and exceed key performance indicators regarding call handling time, quality scores, and first-call resolution rates.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
