Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, and emails with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on product updates and service protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2C/B2B environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/voice channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm) with weekday flexibility
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications/utilities industry preferred
