Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries from Tampa-area customers
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Support community outreach initiatives for Tampa clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Spanish language fluency highly valued
- Background check and drug screening required
