- Adhere to all company guidelines, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and grammar.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
