Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with weekend support team for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT targets)
- Participate in weekend shift training and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication in English
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
