Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve service issues efficiently using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Support weekend operations (Saturday/Sunday shifts) with flexibility
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in local service industries
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Residency in Boston metro area preferred
