Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries for Tampa-area customers
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including CSAT and FCR targets
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Clear communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Tampa location
- Availability for weekend shifts including holidays
