- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliable availability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during peak periods.
