Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Update customer accounts and process transactions accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document customer feedback and assist in improving service protocols.

Qualifications
