- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
