Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Professionally manage a high volume of customer interactions regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently, ensuring a high first-call resolution rate.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates within our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company policies, product features, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products to enhance the customer experience.
- Escalation Management: Recognize complex issues that require management attention and escalate them appropriately.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain high performance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
