Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure departmental goals are met during peak weekend hours.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus, but we provide training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
