Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by clarifying the customer's requirements; proactively driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Enter customer data and transaction details accurately into our CRM systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
