Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
