Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer trends and potential process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
