Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently to ensure customer retention.
- Document customer interactions and update internal databases with high attention to detail.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with other departments to find optimal solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation at all times.
- Assist in training new team members during their probationary period.

Qualifications

- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
