Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process Transactions: Accurately manage orders, returns, and account updates in our CRM system.
- Build Rapport: Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor with every customer interaction.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require management intervention and escalate them appropriately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Location: Must reside in or near Cleveland, OH (Local candidates preferred).
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
