- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database in real-time.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call center operations and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
