Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.

- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
