In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on rotating shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this event.
