- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all customer questions are answered accurately and efficiently.
- Manage Issues: Handle complaints and escalations professionally, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM systems.
- Follow Protocols: Adhere to company policies and scripts while maintaining a friendly, conversational tone.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to share insights and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple windows or applications simultaneously.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently during shifts.
