- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required due to our paid training program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating web browsers).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexibility to cover holidays.
