Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Document customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.

- Handle complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
