Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding products and services.

- Update customer information accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols and customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (Paid Training provided).
- Proficient computer skills and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
