Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor while handling high-volume inquiries during peak weekend hours.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets, interactions, and resolutions into our CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in routine system checks and data entry tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handovers and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and operating systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work occasional holidays.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet.
