Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Support weekend promotions and special event campaigns
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
