Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

- Reliable transportation for in-person shift coverage
