Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service to weekend guests with warm professionalism
- Manage weekend front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate weekend maintenance requests and facility upkeep
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and supply organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
