Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including check-ins, inquiries, and special requests
- Manage weekend operations including inventory, staffing coordination, and facility maintenance
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Process payments, reservations, and transactions accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Contribute to weekend marketing initiatives and guest engagement programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency with reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during peak hours
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
