Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend retail hours (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries and maintain organized store displays
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain safety standards and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong communication skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation to our Montana Avenue location
