Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone support to community members during weekend hours
- Process service requests and resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records using our customer management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support community outreach events on weekends as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and service standards
- Contribute to weekend team briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California driver's license (if field visits required)
