Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Assist with weekend events and activities coordination
- Adhere to all resort safety and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
