Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown Fresno location
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our digital systems
- Address resident inquiries regarding community programs and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues
- Support weekend community events and outreach initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and operational tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and POS systems
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
