Responsibilities
- Provide in-person customer assistance with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory counts and restock merchandise according to company standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to store management
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store appearance and operational efficiency
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance customer engagement
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in high-traffic environments
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Flexible availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (for occasional store errands)
