Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown Fresno location
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and service requests
- Maintain organized and clean retail/service areas
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in inventory management and merchandising activities
- Uphold company safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Previous retail/hospitality experience a plus
