- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests and visitors
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities
- Perform daily equipment and facility safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability required (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic knowledge of San Diego tourism attractions
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
