Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking as needed during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
