Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently using CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain service excellence standards
- Assist with inventory management and store operations during peak hours
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
- Participate in mandatory weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students encouraged
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability exclusively for Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
