Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person customer service at our flagship downtown location
- Process transactions and maintain accurate POS records
- Support weekend events and promotions across Austin venues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visitor experiences
- Maintain product knowledge and brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and creativity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students encouraged to apply)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system experience preferred
- Knowledge of Austin attractions a plus
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Customer service or retail experience valued
