Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage weekend retail operations including inventory management and POS transactions

- Assist with merchandising and visual presentation during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Proven availability for all Saturday and Sunday shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with POS systems and basic office software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if local travel required)
