Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the center or contacting via phone/email.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical inquiries and product queries with patience and expertise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues to total satisfaction.
- Keep inventory and stock areas organized and up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
