Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Manage weekend scheduling and appointment coordination
- Update and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless service continuity
- Assist with weekend event coordination and community outreach
- Uphold company policies and service quality metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional field visits)
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
