Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to a positive store atmosphere that drives customer loyalty
- Participate in inventory audits and stock replenishment activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
