Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown Memphis facility
- Process registrations and inquiries using our digital systems
- Assist with community outreach events on weekends
- Maintain accurate documentation and case files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Support facility operations during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Background check required
