Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate databases.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery updates are communicated.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to weekend shoppers.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during shift operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
