Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and product displays during weekend hours
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness throughout customer areas
- Participate in weekend-specific training and team briefings
Qualifications
- Available for consistent Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a weekend team
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with transaction systems
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville Riverfront location
