- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team syncs for process refinement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
