Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person consultations and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory replenishment and visual merchandising standards

- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols during operating hours
- Participate in quarterly weekend training sessions for product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional store deliveries
