As a Weekend Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support during peak weekend hours. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a collaborative work environment in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve our services.
- Process Adherence: Ensure all support tickets are processed according to company policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Full shifts).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to customer problems.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
