- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a tech or retail environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
